HELD 1:1 Sessions
My signature HELD sessions are deeply restorative one-to-one offerings where space is created for you to pause, soften and return. A place where you are no longer required to hold everything together. Here, the pace slows enough for you to feel yourself again. In these sessions I work intuitively, weaving breath-led practices, guided meditation, sound or visualisation as required, alongside subtle energy work. This energetic support is informed by my training and research into several hands-on and energy-based healing practices, and is offered in an integrative, responsive way that attunes to each individual’s needs rather than following a single modality. Rather than directing or fixing, I hold the conditions for listening, so that your body’s own intelligence can guide what is most needed in the moment. The environment is calmly curated, offering the body a clear signal that it is safe to rest, the nervous system can rebalance, and a deeper sense of presence can return. Within this held space, effort can fall away. Each session offers time and space to feel supported and gently held where you can realign with what matters most, allowing restoration and reconnection to unfold naturally.
HELD 60 minutes
A focused pause
This 60-minute session offers a gently transformative opportunity to slow down and reset. It supports grounding, nervous system recalibration, and reconnection through breath, guided inner attention, and subtle, energy-based support. Your whole system is met with quiet presence, allowing the body and mind to gradually settle into rest and ease.
Your energy is gently witnessed and supported as it returns toward balance. Awareness is cultivated around what is present beneath the surface, creating space for softening, realignment, and a renewed sense of stability.
This session is well suited if you are seeking grounding, relaxation, clarity, or a gentle reset. A conscious pause to slow down and reconnect with yourself amidst ongoing demands.
HELD 90 minutes
The 90-minute HELD session offers more time to arrive, unwind, and sink into yourself. This extended format allows the experience to unfold slowly and spaciously, with greater room for healing, integration, and insight. As layers soften, your whole system is met with calm, steady presence.
You are held within a carefully curated environment that invites listening, sensing, and reconnection. What needs to emerge is allowed to do so in its own time. Awareness can deepen and the body can settle more completely.
This session is particularly supportive during periods of transition, fatigue, or sustained responsibility, or when you feel drawn to deeper rest, nourishment, and reconnection with yourself.
What to Expect
Each HELD session is unique, shaped by what you bring and by what your body and awareness are ready for on the day.

We begin with a brief check-in to sense what you’re arriving with and to orient the session to your intention or what feels most supportive. The space is softly lit with quiet calming music, creating an environment that supports the body to slow down.
Most of the session is spent in a comfortable reclined position, resting or being gently guided through breath-led and meditative practices designed to help the nervous system settle and the heart rate naturally soften. As the body moves out of vigilance and into a state of rest, attention is guided inward through awareness, visualisation, and subtle energy work. From this place of deep rest, the body and mind are supported to access states conducive to restoration, integration, and self-led healing.
We close with time to reorient and ground you into the physical body, so you can transition back into your day with ease.

No experience is needed. All practices are offered gently and adapted to you. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Very little “doing” is required. Much of the session involves resting, sensing, and allowing attention to settle.
If simply being and lying still for long periods feels unfamiliar or unsafe, this is acknowledged and supported. Practices can be adapted to include subtle movement, breath, or guided attention and visualisation, so that you feel resourced and at ease throughout. You are never asked to push beyond what feels appropriate for you.

Consent is always discussed upfront and checked throughout the session. Any hands-on work is optional and only included with your clear agreement.
When touch is offered, it involves light, static pressure applied gently on the body or just above it, in a way similar to Reiki-style practices. You are always free to decline, adjust, or change your mind at any point. -
Experiences vary between individuals and between sessions. You may notice deep rest, subtle sensations, emotions, clarity, or simply stillness. Many clients will also fall asleep for parts or all of the experience. There is no right or expected outcome. Whatever arises is welcome and aligned with what the body and mind needs most in the moment.

Many people report feeling lighter, more relaxed, or experiencing a sense of relief. Others notice greater clarity, a renewed sense of connection, or a clearer feeling for what matters most - priorities, focus, or direction.
Experiences differ, and time is allowed at the end of the session to settle and start to integrate before returning to your day.

These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. They are offered as supportive, complementary practices focused on rest, awareness, and embodied presence.

No special preparation is required. Wearing warm, comfortable clothing is recommended, and you may wish to avoid a large or heavy meal in the 1–2 hours beforehand. If there is anything you feel would be helpful for me to know (i.e., physical, emotional, or practical) you are welcome to share this at the beginning of the session or get in touch via email beforehand if that feels easier.

You are encouraged to drink water shortly after a session and to continue hydrating well over the next 24 hours. You may wish to create some spaciousness immediately after before returning to busy activity. You may notice emotions, insights, or shifts in awareness arising in the hours and days that follow. This is a normal part of integration. Staying hydrated, listening to your body, resting when needed, and gently noticing what unfolds can be helpful. Many people find they naturally want to stay quieter after a session — avoiding large social events, spending time in reflection, or journalling anything that has arisen. If anything feels unfamiliar or overwhelming you are always encouraged to get in touch for support - either from me, or from a trusted healthcare or mental health professional.
